Ubisoft has just opened the pre-orders for Assassin's Creed Shadows, and in doing so, they also revealed the official PC system requirements. We already knew the game would be rather heavy, which the specs below have certainly confirmed. All of them require 16GB RAM, Windows 10/11 with DirectX 12, and an SSD.

Going back to the pre-orders, customers can choose from the Standard Edition (available for $69.99 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC), the Digital Deluxe Edition (priced at $89.99), and the Collector's Edition (which costs $229.99).
The Digital Deluxe Edition will include the base game, the “Sekiryu Dual Pack” with gear and weapons for both Naoe and Yasuke, the “Sekiryu Hideout Pack” (hideout cosmetics), and “Mastery Points”. The Collector's Edition will include the base game, the “Sekiryu Dual Pack”, the “Sekiryu Hideout Pack”, “Mastery Points”, and physical content. The physical content will be a Steelbook, the World map, Naoe & Yasuke figurine, Naoe's life-sized Katana Tsuba, a Wall Creed Scroll, a 76-paged collector's artbook, and 2 sumi-e lithographs.
All pre-orders for Assassin's Creed Shadows will include the previously leaked Claws of Awaji expansion, which will launch this year. Claws of Awaji will add a new open world region with more than 10 hours of additional content, as well as new skills, equipment, abilities and a new weapon for Naoe, the Bō. In this new adventure, the main characters will travel to the mysterious island of Awaji where they will be relentlessly pursued by the Sanzoku Ippa, a dangerous new faction threatening the region.
