It supports DDR5-8000 CL34 & CL36 configurations on the 32 GB (16 GB) memory kit and also brings a balanced DDR5-6400 CL28 EXPO Profile. With the 8000 MT/s CL34/CL36 profile, users can attain high memory speeds on AM5 platforms for quick operations, while the 6400 MT/s speed at CL28 will provide faster response and satisfactory speeds for applications and games.

The OC LAB Gold Edition DW100 DDR5 memory features RGB lighting on top of the heat spreaders, decorated with gold accents, standing out in the crowd. Apart from aesthetics, users can tweak the frequency and timings of the kit from the BIOS to achieve the desired speed and latency. As per Biwin, it's possible to hit 8000 MT/s of memory speed at CL30 and 6400 MT/s at CL26, making the system even faster.

As the AM5 platform isn't as optimized as the Z890 for supporting high memory frequencies, the DW100 DDR5 is surely one of the best kits we have seen till now, offering versatility for both regular users and enthusiasts. Biwin OC Lab Gold Edition DW100 RGB DDR5 brings a 10-layer PCB design enhancing data transfer stability and also brings PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit) for regulating voltage dynamically depending on the amount of load.

With its excellent design and heatsink, the DW100 DDR5 is said to remain below 50°C even at 1.45V and 1.50V. Moreover, the advertised speed of 8000 MT/s at CL34/CL36 has been tested on various platforms and, as a result of tight binning and advanced die selection, the memory kit can be overclocked to 8400 MT/s at CL34 on motherboards from popular vendors such as ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, and ASRock.

The BIWIN DW100 DDR5 Dual EXPO memory series is aimed at high-performance AM5 builds utilizing the AMD Ryzen 9000 processors and will be excellent on all the AMD 800-series chipset motherboards. The Biwin DW100 RGB DDR5 starts at $169 and will be available in late March.
