Corsair releases new RMe and HXi PSU series, 5000T mid-tower cases, RAM, kits, external SSDs, and productivity LCD touchscreen.
Corsair Announces a Plethora of PC Hardware at CES, Including XENEON EDGE LCD Touchscreen, Newer Power Supplies, Cases, RAM, SSDs, and More
One of the leading PC hardware manufacturers, Corsair, has announced its latest lineups of PC hardware and accessories, bringing its cutting-edge technology to enthusiasts. The new hardware includes seven different product lineups, catering to the demands of gamers and content creators.
RMe and HXi Power Supply Series
The existing RMe mainstream Corsair PSU lineup is getting an upgrade with the RMe 2025 edition PSUs. With the new 2025 lineup, users will receive upgraded RMe PSUs, including 650W, 750W, 850W, and 1000W units. Each of these PSUs comes with 12V-2x6 power connectors and supports NVIDIA RTX 40 series GPUs as well as the recently launched RTX 50 series GPUs.
The HXi PSU lineup is also getting an upgrade to cater to the demands of enthusiasts, delivering high-wattage capacity units such as the HX1200i and HX1500i for high-end builds. The PSUs will be updated in the second quarter and will offer 12V-2x6 connectors for the latest NVIDIA and AMD GPUs as well. Each of these power supplies is equipped with a Plantium CYBENETICS rating and delivers up to 92% power efficiency. Both the RMe and HXi PSU series are now available to purchase from Corsair.
5000T Series Mid-Tower Series
Corsair has an extensive chassis lineup, featuring various form-factor cases and designs for PC builders. The case catalog is now getting the addition of newer 5000T series mid-tower cases, which will offer some upgrades over the existing ones, such as compatibility with connector-less motherboards. Motherboard designs such as ASUS BTF, GIGABYTE Project Stealth, and MSI Project Zero will be fully compatible with these cases out of the box.
There will be two variations of the 5000T, including iCUE Link 5000T LX RGB, which comes packed with Aurora RGB lighting, several LX120 RGB fans, and an iCUE Link system hub for easier connectivity and control. The other edition brings no RGB LEDs and allows users to add their favorite RGB/non-RGB fans, devices, and cooling. The cases have an excellent RapidRoute cable management system and plenty of clearance for an easier building process.
Both cases are now available to buy from Corsair's resellers and Corsair's official retail stores.
Corsair Custom LAB DRAM and Dominator TITANIUM Wave Accessory Kit
Corsair is now bringing an addition to the Custom Lab DRAM, featuring personalization for a mesmerizing appearance. Users can now choose the memory capacity, speed, and latency before they can customize their RAM module appearances. Similarly, Corsair has added a second to-bar kit to its DOMINATOR TITANIUM DDR5 memory that offers a premium and sleek appearance to these high-performance RAM kits.
The Corsair Custom LAB Vengeance RGB DDR5 will be available in Q1 2025 from Corsair while the Dominator Titanium DDR5 kit is available for purchase.
More Corsair Hardware and Accessories
Apart from the mainstream hardware and their upgrade kits, Corsair has also announced the EX400U USB4 External SSD that offers up to 4000 MB/s and 36000 MB/s of sequential read and write speeds. It has also introduced the XENEON EDGE 14.5" LCD Touchscreen for better functionality. The touchscreen LCD brings a 2560x720p resolution, and offers various functions to control apps, and has connectivity options such as USB Type C DP-Alt, and an HDMI port.
The EX400U SSD will be available for purchase on 23rd January in 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB capacities. The XENEON EDGE 14.5" LCD Touchscreen will be available in Q2 2025.
