Gamescom 2024 Award Winners Announced; Capcom’s Monster Hunter Wilds Takes All The Spotlight

Gamescom 2024 flew by too quickly, but now that it has ended, the official awards for the titles that made their way onto the stage have been announced and the results are quite interesting.

We did make some great memories at Gamescom 2024, not to mention all the announcements and updates we received around existing titles. Regarding the awards given out to celebrate the announcements, it looks like Capcom's Monster Hunter Wilds managed to win most of the awards, including Most Entertaining and Most Epic, with Bandai Namco's Little Nightmares 3 getting the award for Best Microsoft Xbox Game. In other news, the organization also announced the figures registered this year. Over 335K visitors from 120 different countries attended the German convention, of which 32K were trade visitors. Online viewership for the Gamescom programme also increased with 310 million video views, 40 million of which were registered during Geoff Keighley's Opening Night Live show.
