AMD's Strix Halo laptops have started to appear, and they seem to be very expensive. Unlike gaming laptops, which ship with dedicated GPUs, the latest releases by HP don't come with RTX 50 series GPUs but run on the iGPU. It's usual to see professional laptops go for a higher price than their regular counterparts, but here, the price of the flagship model with Ryzen AI Max Pro 395 exceeds $8000.
The prices of these models mostly vary based on the memory and storage configuration.
