Huawei Pura 70 series goes official

Huawei was being doubted over the release of the Pura 70 flagship range, but the company came through, announcing four flagships that sport improvements in the chipset, display, cameras, and other departments. The Chinese firm is calling these models the Pura 70, Pura 70 Pro, Pura 70 Pro+, and the most premium version, the Pura 70 Ultra. Here, we discuss the important specifications of these smartphones, though if you are interested in getting any one of these, be warned that Huawei has limited them to China.

Huawei Pura 70 - Specifications, features, pricing, and everything else you need to know

Starting with the displays of all Pura 70 models; they support a high refresh rate display, with the standard version touting a 6.6-inch panel, while the remaining three sport quad-curved OLED panels. Regardless of the design, all flagships feature LTPO technology, allowing the refresh rate to hover between 1-120Hz to conserve battery life. There is also 1440Hz PWM dimming to reduce eye fatigue and a 300Hz sampling rate to enable a faster response from the Pura 70 models. Also, instead of Corning’s Gorilla Glass, Huawei has chosen second-generation Kunlun glass to protect the displays.
