Of course, if you demand that ‘always connected’ feature, one of the Wi-Fi + Cellular models will need to be your daily driver. Luckily for you and your ‘bargain hunting’ senses, the e-commerce giant has obliged because these versions start from $649 for the 256GB model, with the 512GB variant available for $849.
The iPad mini 7 is equipped with an A17 Pro and 8GB RAM, making it capable enough to run several AAA titles while also supporting Apple Intelligence. Additionally, you get Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard support, though we are certain that only a small percentage of users will attempt to transform an 8.3-inch tablet into a laptop substitute, but at least the option is there. The only upgrade missing from the iPad mini 7 that would have been the icing on top is ProMotion technology. However, it would not be available at $399 now would it?
