One way you can get an awesome deal on NVIDIA's latest RTX 50 GPUs is by looking for one at Walmart's return section if your luck plays out.
NVIDIA's RTX 50 GPUs Might Be Under MSRP-Pricing On Return Sections of Retailers, But You'll Have To Be Quick To Get One
In modern times, finding NVIDIA's RTX 50 GPUs isn't easy at all, even if you are ready to pay prices higher than MSRP, since not only is the demand pretty high, but with the global trade situation, the supply chain has seen a massive slowdown. However, users out there have apparently started to find new means of getting their hands on the newer GPUs, and one such way might be to check out the returns section of your local Walmart store since, apparently, Redditors have scored great deals by doing this, snagging an NVIDIA RTX 5080 for as low as $895.99.

Interestingly, these return cards are box-open ones and are slightly used since Walmart has a 30-day return policy, so it is safe to say that there won't be many issues in getting such a unit. The only problem is finding one, since now that this way of getting GPUs is more popular, the competition is undoubtedly high. The user above got a discount of approximately $390 with the deal, and the unit was sold to him at a below-MSRP price, which is simply shocking in modern times, and the buyer must have serious luck to get such a deal.
On another occasion, a Redditor scored a PNY GeForce RTX 5070 for $515, which is yet again below the $549 MSRP, and he mentions to look out for a "PC components cabinet" since that's where such parts are placed under the Returns sections. Now, I know what people might do is get a GPU from Walmart and then return it to buy it again in order to get the discount, but that isn't cool at all. Although, I do wonder why these GPUs ended up in the Returns section in the first place.

The only downside to getting such units is that you'll have to deal directly with AIBs for after-sales services, since there will be no store warranty. But, with the amazing discount you are getting, it is safe to say that the risk is defintely worth it.
