During this motion, the OnePlus 13, Galaxy S24 Ultra, and iPhone 16 Pro Max are capturing separate images, with the company cleverly naming the competition as the ‘Flagship Pro Max’ and ‘Flagship Ultra,’ with the OnePlus 13 demonstrating a motion-free result, delivering the better image.
Of course, the skeptic in us believes that the OnePlus 13 was purposely being hyped as the better smartphone for capturing fast-moving objects, but then, another camera sample was shared, showing that the flagship, once again, produced better results compared to the iPhone 16 Pro Max and Galaxy S24 Ultra. While some might conclude that OnePlus has done a phenomenal job with the optics, the disclaimer at the bottom of the sample reads that all tests were conducted in a OnePlus Test Laboratory under identical physical conditions, and the results may vary depending on usage conditions.
In short, the company is trying to tell us that if we do not use the same testing methodology employed for the OnePlus 13, we will not obtain the same results.
